A spacious terrace for exclusive use with this apartment is in the back of the house and faces beautiful, open countryside and forests.

It includes a large stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.
The table seats 6-14 persons. There is a large fireplace for cooler evenings and RADIO/CD player.

The bathroom is large and has two wash basins, bidet and a full size bath with shower facilities.

The apartment has 3 spacious, stylish bedrooms each sleeping 2 persons comfortably.

When the CARRAIA and the CASALE are connected they can accommodate a group of 8- 10 persons.
